This is the 1st avatar i have made so please no bad comments.okay so i am going to be making ALL of the pokemon into avatars. so ANYONE can use this avatar but here are the rules:
1. notify/ask me before using
2. put "Icon By: MeikoSakineVoca" in your signature
3. you may NOT claim this a your own artwork
4. only for use on DA unless you as and i give you permision
And yes, i do take requests just comment and tell me what icon/avie/avatar you would like me to make for you~! i enjoy doing requests so they might be done from 1hr to a week depending on how many requests have to do andhow complicted it is so enjoy!!
